Andy Singer, President
Prior to joining Radio Waves, Andy held senior marketing and product management positions with a number of antenna system companies, including RFS(Alcatel) and ATG. Andy began his career as an antenna design engineer and has a B.S.E.E. and M.B.A. degree. He has recieved multiple patents in regards to remote tilt antenna systems. Andy is a well-known speaker and writer in the industry. He is a member of a number of industry organizations such as the IEEE and the Radio Club of America..

Bob Collins, Co-Founder and VP, Broadcast Products
Bob has 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He is responsible for Radio Waves' broadcast products group globally. Bob previously held management positions at Microwave Radio Corporation. He holds a degree in electronics from the Wentworth Institute in Boston.

Patrick O’Donnell, Controller
Pat joined Radio Waves in 1998 as Controller.  Pat has over 20 years of financial and system experience in several manufacturing companies. Prior to joining Radio Waves, Pat was a Controller at Microwave Radio and Data Electronics. Pat has an M.B.A. and B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College.
