Aperto Networks Selects Radio Waves for Antenna Solutions |

Billerica, MA and Milpitas, CA July 15, 2002 - Radio Waves, Inc., a leading supplier of microwave antennas for the broadband wireless access market, announced today that it has received a substantial order from Aperto Networks for antenna solutions to be installed in its PacketWave Systems. Aperto Networks is an industry-leading provider of next generation point-to-multipoint fixed broadband wireless access (F-BWA) systems. The order includes integrated antennas for Aperto Networks' 5.8 GHz subscriber units, as well as base station antennas for Aperto Networks' 3.5 GHz and 5.8 GHz systems. This order will fulfill Aperto's forecasted antenna needs for the next 12 months.
