The Discriminator is a one-foot diameter antenna that has first side lobes 23 dB down from the main beam. This exceptional performance greatly reduces interference from other microwave transmitters when co-location is required. The newest member of the Discriminator series operates in the 23 GHz band and meets stringent FCC category A requirements. Typically operators in the United States need to utilize a 2’ antenna to meet category A in the 23 GHz band. The new Discriminator allows operators to utilize a 1’ antenna, which reduces costs and improves aesthetics.
